Whilst coronavirus restrictions apply, as well as offering counselling psychotherapy online, I am pleased to be able to offer all my therapies in a fully socially distanced format.
I offer face-to-face counselling psychotherapy, EMDR therapy, and equine-assisted therapy, in a bespoke outdoor space, covered from the elements, secluded and private, in the Worcestershire countryside.

This means my goal as a therapist is to help you achieve your goals: to help you heal and grow, to overcome the difficulties you feel limited by and to become better able to pursue your aspirations.
I draw on a range of therapeutic resources, focusing on what will be most helpful for the particular person to grow at each stage of their journey.

MSc in Counselling Psychotherapy
Accredited Member of the BACP
Qualified EMDR Therapist (EMDR Europe)
Eagala-certified Equine-assisted Psychotherapist
I have been helping people as a psychotherapist for over 15 years, and have over 10,000 contact hours.
In addition to my private practice, I have worked as a psychotherapist for many professional organisations, including the NHS, RASASC, and Terrence Higgins Trust, and Worcestershire County Council.
